I recently purchased two memory cards from SMS using two separate transactions. I was a little apprehensive because I had never purchased memory online but both transactions with SMS went very smooth. I made a mistake on my first order and instead of just sending out what I had ordered Tracy at SMS sent an email to me to verify the type of laptop the memory was going into so they could send out the correct card. I would HIGHLY recommend SMS to anyone who is in need of additional memory for their computer.
Thanks to Tracy and Jeff for a great customer services. Is really hard to find the right memory deal for Macintosh but this company has the right memory not body can bet theirs prices….. and quality…..
Great company to work with. I handle a great deal of surplus memery and I sell a lot of it to SMS. They are fair and great to work with. If you have replaced the memory in a bunch of your computers, don’t sit on it or throw it out. Sell it.

I’ve purchased memory for my apple computers from several third party dealers. On many occasions, the ram would cause abrupt and sudden restarts and destroy the functionality of my computer. For example, on one occasion I bought a 1 gig memory stick of EDGE ram for my MacBook Pro which I had to return several times before altogether returning it and opting for another brand. I found your site only at the time of purchasing 1 GB ram module for my son’s 12 inch powerbook 1.33 GHz. Not only was it the best priced RAM–by over a hundred dollars in some cases–on the market I could find, but it was also accompanied by excellent customer service and care.
Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with my shopping experience. I would like to commend Tracy (tracysms@gmail.com), the service rep who assisted us, in particular for her excellent customer service and care.
Tracy was very helpful and professional. Left a voicemail and email when ram was on backorder. Prompt responce back to me and ram shipped after a very short delay.
Upon returning from a year in Afghanistan (almost a year and a half being gone altogether), I noticed my eMac’s RAM woefully needed upgrading. The paltry 256MB just wasn’t cutting it anymore. I remember when I bought it, the Mac store (now closed) graciously doubled my 128MB RAM for free. Just think if they hadn’t done even that!
Anyway, I searched and searched for a few days to find a) exactly what cards I needed and b), the best price. I finally stumbled across SMS, and decided to order from them - they had the best price on the internet that I could find after my exhaustive search. (The new local ‘brick-and-mortar’ Mac store didn’t even carry eMac memory upgrades!)
Anyway, to cut to the chase, about a week after ordering (free shipping as well as the best prices), I had my memory. It took about 15 minutes to pop it in and my eMac is happily humming along with it’s new 1G of RAM.
I can’t recommend them highly enough. Tracy in customer service was also responsive and very helpful. When I eventually upgrade to a newer Mac/Apple system, they will be first on my list when I upgrade the RAM. My only complaint is that they are hard to find when doing internet searches… but well worth it when you do! Order with confidence!
Quality product with prices that can’t be beat. It took less then a minute to install the two memory modules I ordered. They’re working great and my laptop has never been faster.

I searched a lot of places when I was looking for some new memory, including eBay. So, I can tell you that there is no other source which provides such a wide variety of quality products at such EXTREAMLY cheap prices. I tortured myself staring at eBay auctions for over a week, before I happened to find this site. The site provides all the necessary information you need to find the product you’re looking for, and they are available by phone to answer questions. I spoke to one of their reps, and she was a very sweet and helpful young lady. She double checked to make sure that I was getting the right product and mailed my two sticks of PC133 SDRAM out the same day. I received my shipment within two days! Although I don’t think it would be that fast for everyone; the company and I happen to be in the same state (FL). But I’m sure they will not BS around. When you order they’ll send it out immediately. The memory I received was recognized by my computer without any problems to speak of. But, in the unlikely event that you have an issue, I understand that they have a no-hassles return policy.

Received two 512 meg RAM chips this afternoon and just got them installed on a 4 year old Compaq. Everything works much quicker with a Gig of memory. Price was less than half of Best Buy.
Tracy provided excellent support and prompt delivery. I will come back when I am ready to go to 2 Gig on my newer HP.

Great Customer Service, Tracy makes the company! I ordered 5 modules for older computers and never expected to get a trade in credit. One of the machines could only accept one module and they accepted two back without any questions. Used the return credit to order 2 gig for my Dell and everything smoothly. I highly recommend the company.

I was originally thinking about purchasing more memory for my computer while at Circuit City and thought that it seemed pretty expensive. I found SMS Memory’s website after some intense searching and couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The memory that I had ordered showed up promptly, but I had found out that one of my modules had a defect in it. This was my first order of any kind on the Web. I ordered RAM. It was here by US Mail in two days. Every thing was as presented and is working fine. In price comparing it could not be beat.
The memory for my wife’s computer was inexpensive, delivered within days and works like a charm. If I decide to upgrade my computer’s memory now that I’m using Vista I’ll definitely consider SMS.

Very good company to deal with! I had a problem with the first module they sent me, but their customer service was very fast, friendly and efficient. They took care of the issue with no additional cost to me and even followed-up a week later to ask if everything was okay. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
This place is the best! I am in the military, so finding companies that will ship APO is very difficult. Therefore I often have to pay more than I would if I were in the U.S. I am in Korea and SMS beat the local economy on their memory prices. I made two transactions and both went as smoothly as posible. I purchased four 512 MB PC2100 memory modules to upgrade my 4-year old HP Pavilion notebooks (ze4145 and ze4560) after replacing a disk that crashed. Since I had new disks in both computers, I figured I might as well double my memory. The price was excellent ($58 per computer) and the service was also perfect — got my memory in about 4 days using free shipping. Installation was easy, and I can certainly notice a difference in performance. I am selling my old memory back to SMS, so I will save an additional $8 per computer. I highly recommend SMS.

I found SMS MEMORY when I was looking for memory for my desktop. I emailed them and asked if this would work in my computer. I was concerned, because I have an HP and they should only use low density memory. Jeff answered back and said “no problem”. I then called and talked to Jeff and I asked who makes the chips and he said “Micron”. After that I was pretty comfortable. I bought two sticks of 1 Gig DDR 3200 and installed them without a hitch. I just wanted to write and say I am very pleased with your service and memory! I was looking for cheap memory since my laptop is 6 years old and I wanted to spend the least amount possible for an upgrade. You had the deal I wanted since I really did not even want to shell out $25 for more RAM.
I went and checked the tracking number today and saw that my memory was going to be delivered today. I didn’t realize 3 days had already gone by.
My computer took longer to shut down than I did adding the DIMM. The memory is installed and now I have 768 MB.

Ram arrived as ordered, 1 gb total worked like a champ. Tracking number was provided and was very useful for planning to recieve the package. Will visit again when I need more RAM.

I was originally thinking about purchasing more memory for my computer while at Circuit City and thought that it seemed pretty expensive. I found SMS Memory’s website after some intense searching and couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The memory that I had ordered showed up promptly, but I had found out that one of my modules had a defect in it. Upon emailing Tracy, they asked for me to send it back and indicated that I was going to receive a new one. The new one arrived a day after I shipped the other one back…that is fast service! I am still surprised by their excellent price and top quality RAM that can’t be found anywhere else, period!! Thanks Tracy, you will definitely see more of my business!

The memory for my wife’s computer was inexpensive, delivered within days and works like a charm. If I decide to upgrade my computer’s memory now that I’m using Vista I’ll definitely consider SMS.

I had problems with the first piece of memory and called Tracy and she sent out a new one that very day, even before the old memory was shipped back. This is the cheapest memory around and the best service in the world. If all companys would conduct buisness as great as SMS Memory Module Assembly Inc, online buyers would never have a problem buying online. Very good company to deal with! I had a problem with the first module they sent me, but their customer service was very fast, friendly and efficient. They took care of the issue with no additional cost to me and even followed-up a week later to ask if everything was okay. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

This place is the best! I am in the military, so finding companies that will ship APO is very difficult. Therefore I often have to pay more than I would if I were in the U.S. I am in Korea and SMS beat the local economy on their memory prices. I made two transactions and both went as smoothly as posible. I highly recommend this company, they support soldiers who are stationed abroad, have great prices, great products, and most importantly Tracy delivers excellent customer service.

I must have looked at over a dozen websites looking for the best deal and SMS, by far, had the best prices as well as the easiest browsing capabilities. I purchased four 512 MB PC2100 memory modules to upgrade my 4-year old HP Pavilion notebooks (ze4145 and ze4560) after replacing a disk that crashed. Since I had new disks in both computers, I figured I might as well double my memory. The price was excellent ($58 per computer) and the service was also perfect — got my memory in about 4 days using free shipping. Installation was easy, and I can certainly notice a difference in performance. I am selling my old memory back to SMS, so I will save an additional $8 per computer. I highly recommend SMS.

Thanks SMS!!! I ordered RAM for myself and 2 other friends and we are all very satisfied. Our laptops work like new and much faster. I had a problem with 1 of the memory cards I ordered but you handled my order perfectly. I sent the bad card back and you shipped me a working replacement right away. I am very pleased.
And since all went so well with my order, I helped my father order new memory for his PC. I’m going to install it for him this evening. If I ever need anymore RAM in the future. Your my choice.

SMS Memory seems to beat all other net sites for price of memory sticks, if I need memory again, I will use SMS.

I found SMS MEMORY when I was looking for memory for my desktop. I emailed them and asked if this would work in my computer. I was concerned, because I have an HP and they should only use low density memory. Jeff answered back and said “no problem”. I then called and talked to Jeff and I asked who makes the chips and he said “Micron”. After that I was pretty comfortable. I bought two sticks of 1 Gig DDR 3200 and installed them without a hitch. I just wanted to write and say I am very pleased with your service and memory! I was looking for cheap memory since my laptop is 6 years old and I wanted to spend the least amount possible for an upgrade. You had the deal I wanted since I really did not even want to shell out $25 for more RAM.
I went and checked the tracking number today and saw that my memory was going to be delivered today. I didn’t realize 3 days had already gone by.
My computer took longer to shut down than I did adding the DIMM. The memory is installed and now I have 768 MB.
